SCIENCE FESTIVAL FOR CHILDREN

Parents spent a happy day with their kids at a special science festival held in Dhaka.

Thousands of kids from different school and their guardians attended the festival and made models of aircraft, rocket, pyramid, dome, star finders, planet finders, periscope, challenger, half-hemisphere, flying birds and other scientific instruments.

The festival titled "Kids Science Festival". Bangladesh Astronomical Association (BAA) organised such fest since 1996 with an aim to instill interest among children about astronomy, astro-physics and space science.

To spread knowledge of science, BAA were planning to arrange such festivals outside Dhaka also.
